For arrivals after 10 PM, please contact us in advance. A self-check-in option via lockbox is available, and instructions will be provided.

We offer parking at a charge of $10 per day. Please note that parking slots are limited and provided on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend arriving early to secure your spot.

Due to lot capacity, we cannot guarantee space for oversized trucks, trailers, or large vehicles. If our lot is full upon your arrival, off-site public garages and paid street parking options are conveniently located within a short walking distance of the hotel.

Our rooftop hot tub is available daily from 8:30 AM to 9:30 PM, and the sauna is available from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Reservations are required to ensure exclusive use, and each session is 30 minutes. Please contact the front desk to reserve a time.

We are proud to host Busaba Thai Cafe AND Sakura Sushi in our hotel building. If you need a recommendation for a local coffee shop or breakfast spot, please speak to one of our knowledgeable front desk staff.

Pet-friendly rooms are available upon request and are subject to room availability. We accept dogs, with payment of our pet fee. It is $25 per pet, per night. We will also ask you to sign-off on our pet rules. No dogs are allowed on the beds or furniture.

Guests receive a keycard for access to the hotel and their room. If you are arriving after 10:00 PM, please contact us in advance so we can provide self-check-in instructions.

Please note that all guest rooms are located on the second floor. As a boutique hotel in a heritage building, we do not have an elevator; however, our team is more than happy to assist with your luggage during arrival and departure.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the 4:00 PM check-in time will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the 4:00 PM check-in time will incur a one-night charge.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
